インドネシア（ジャワ、フローレス、スラウェシ）、マレー半島、シンガポール、ボルネオ、タイ及びベトナムなど東南アジアに広く分布する。国内では奄美大島から記録されており、主に枯れ枝から採集される。恐らく食菌性。

This species is widely distributed in Southeast Asia such as Indonesia (Java, Flores, Sulawesi), Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Borneo, Thailand and Vietnam. It is also recorded from Amami Is. in Japan and is usually obtained from dead branches. Probably fungus-feeder.
